How the connection works

Open Claude connectors
Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
Works in Claude web and desktop.

Paste the URL
Sign in with the same account you use for Bowerdeck. You approve the connection once.
OAuth — we never see your Claude data.

Say what you want
“Add moss-bakery.co.uk to my bower.” Claude shows you the call before it writes anything.
Disconnect any time in Settings.

Questions people ask

Before you connect

Do I need MCP to use Bowerdeck?
No. It is an addition, not a requirement — the app does everything on its own.
Can Claude delete my work?
There is no delete tool. Archiving hides a project, and you can restore it in the app.
What if a fetch fails?
You get told which part failed — a 404, a timeout, a missing og:image — and the entry saves with what it did find.
Does it cost extra?
No. The connector is on every plan, with an hourly call limit that scales with the plan.
